You will need either the very latest Bundle or Family Pack discs, or the original grey-art discs that shipped with your machine, or the loan of a set of grey-art discs from another Mac which is newer than yours, as these will be the only ones that will work correctly. Your discs of Snow Leopard will not boot your MacBook Pro 13" Mid-2010 (MacBookPro7,1) because the hardware is too new.
