I'm just going to go to a friend's house and copy my new PS1 Classic purchases from his PS3's shop over to my PSP's memory card. Homebrew/emulators work again and my system reboots normally, what a relief. Any thoughts? :/įINAL EDIT: OK, reinstalled 6.60 Pro and everything is back to normal. So something messed up happened to my system since I installed that 6.61 file. If I hard power off, the green power light will come on with no display or response and can only bring back the system again if hold down Home, Select, Star, Square and Triangle while powering on. Uninstalled 6.20 PRO-B7 permanent patch Uninstalled 6.20 PRO-B7 CFW Updated to 6.60 OFW Placed all 6.60 PRO-C(fix3) files in appropriate place Tried to run 6.60 PRO Update At this point, the normal PSP logo comes up, fades, and then goes to a black screen and nothing happens. Wipes sweat from browĦ.61 Pro was not installed unlike what that message said and now my system firmware just says 6.60 as if it were set to official and my homebrew apps won't boot now.Įdit: OK, so now my system will only turn back on if I do the trick mentioned above. By holding down Home, Select, Star, Square and Triangle while powering on I was able to resurrect my syste. ![]() You will be back to OFW 6.60 if your PSP runs. Do you like this news about a 6.60 permanent CFW for all PSP devices Please note that this is a temporary CFW. Sorry for another bump but this is urgent for folks in here. The last missing piece: Permanent 6.60 CFWs for all PSPs in near future (only as forced downgrade, though) and any PSP Go.
